I had an excellent experience with Henn’s Heating and Air. From the first phone call, he was friendly, patient, and very helpful. He asked detailed questions, explained what was going on with my unit, and let me know he would be quickly on the way despite icy road conditions. He was extremely respectful of my home, even scraping snow and ice from his boots so he wouldn’t mess up my floors. He clearly explained the problem, gave me options, and charged a fair price. I never felt rushed or taken advantage of, especially as a single woman. What truly stood out was his compassion. I had been without heat all night, next morning and afternoon and was freezing. When he had to leave to get a part, he brought me a brand-new space heater he had in his truck so I could stay warm while I waited. That level of care meant so much. Genuine, service-driven, and kind. I highly recommend him and will definitely call again.

If I could give this nice young man 10 stars I would!! My sisters window unit went bad and he came out to give her an estimate on a mini split unit. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He didn’t pressure her one way or another to get the unit. He even offered to install a window unit if that’s the route she wanted to go. However she decided to go with the mini split for the long haul. He even installed a temporary window unit for her so she wouldn’t burn up over the weekend. She absolutely loves her new unit!! I can’t say enough good things about this business, Blake truly cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to take care of them! Oh and his staff are equally as friendly and knowledgeable!! ❤️
